NGKC working conference was held on Feb. 13, 2009 in Guangzhou attended by all breed and specialty kennel clubs from Beijing, Wuhan, Sichuan, Guangxi, Guangdong. Mr. Wang Wu, NGKC CEO, was present on the conference, heard and took advice from all the clubs.

The Club Operation Manual was finalized by the agreement on event arrangement and operation responsibility division reached on the meeting for establishing a complete working process between NGKC and its member clubs.
